Local Parks

This is a general listing of parks near Seattle. By "Parks" I mean confined tracts of land where you may be more apt to have a picnic, play frisbee, and other "park" type activities where your dog must remain on-leash. For remote links on this page we have not yet assessed the park's suitability for dogs. You will also want to review applicable park regulations.

Some parks, especially county parks, may have more extensive acreage with trails that are more akin to "hiking." Those types of parks are referenced in the Hikes section. Links to national parks and forests can be found in the Hikes section as well.
