  • Snohomish off-leash area - NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE A path around former wastewater-treatment pond, located next to city's wastewater treatment plant, west of Hwy 9 off Riverview Road/Second St. Accessed via obscure trail along plant's wire fence. (See Seattle Times pdf).
