Meet Amy

Who are we and why are we here? Of course you have Droopy the Explorer Dog to thank for repeatedly butting his nose against Mark and Amy to go out and sniff new things. His web site, however, is Amy's giant procrastination project, splattered on the internet for your perusal, amusement, and enjoyment. It is updated semi-often in a haphazard fashion totally dictated by Amy's free time, the weather, and what's on TV. The costs of maintaining this web site are paid for by yours truly, so we do appreciate those of you who have bought products through our associate links, which help offset our expenses a bit.

Amy is credited with adopting our first pet Shadow the barfy cat (Shadow is 12 years old and as we discovered doesn't like changes in her diet), and picking out Droopy at the shelter. In her spare time she volunteers as the park steward at Northacres Offleash Area, serves on the Citizens for Off-Leash Areas (COLA) Board of Directors, and of course updates Explorer Dog.

Favorite park: Well I guess now it had better be Northacres!

Favorite snack: Lucille Loesche's Nationally Famous Chex Mix (imported from Virginia)
Likes: Sleeping, sports (Mariners)
Dislikes: Doing laundry
